Reflection Employee Development & Initiatives LLC (REDI) is a multi functional business owned and operated by Dèsa Lambert. The first function is videography. REDI develops custom technical training and promotional videos. The next function helps small – medium size businesses grow their training and development programs, improve business processes, and conduct trainings. We offer these services in person or through video calls.
The Initiatives sector concentrates on community projects ranging from developing brochures, photography, and special event slideshows.

Community Activities
Senator Ernst’s Entrepreneur Expo
On June 30th I attended Senator Ernst’s Entrepreneur Expo and took a lot from it! I met with a lot of businesses designed to help small businesses grow and expand their bandwidth into government contracts. It was a fun experience.
Memorial Day – Flag Placement
My husband and I, and many others, were honored to place flags at the grave sites of veterans from the Cedar Valley area. It was a pleasure to show our respect, volunteer through the Cedar Valley Rotary Club, and make new friends.
Cedar Valley Rotary Club
On March 12th, I was inducted to become a member of the Cedar Valley Rotary Club. I am proud to be serving with such an excellent group of peers and leaders of the Cedar Valley.
