Overview
Reflection Employee Development & Initiatives LLC (REDI) is a two sector business owned and operated by Dèsa Lambert. The first sector helps small – medium size businesses grow their training and development programs, improve business processes, develop training materials (including training videos), and conduct trainings. We offer these services in person or through video calls.
The Initiatives sector concentrates on developing promotional materials (promotional videos, brochures) and creating custom slideshows.

Process Improvement is also our specialty! Our goal is to collaborate with your team to develop better functioning processes and services.
REDI works with customers to gain insight into existing innovations and ongoing initiatives.
Community Activities
Memorial Day – Flag Placement
My husband and I, and many others, were honored to place flags at the grave sites of veterans from the Cedar Valley area. It was a pleasure to show our respect, volunteer through the Cedar Valley Rotary Club, and make new friends.
Cedar Valley Rotary Club
On March 12th, I was inducted to become a member of the Cedar Valley Rotary Club. I am proud to be serving with such an excellent group of peers and leaders of the Cedar Valley.
